Account details you provide (first name, last name, email, phone number) and identity verification data (ID documents and short videos) submitted during KYC.

To create and secure your account, verify your identity, provide the service, and send you transactional notifications (verification codes, account activity).

Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. Personal data such as your phone number is encrypted at rest. Verification videos are stored privately and accessible only to authorized reviewers. All traffic is served over HTTPS.

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Verification media may be purged after a retention window while keeping the review outcome on record.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Email delivery is handled by our email provider solely to send you service messages.
